İktisadi ve Fıkhi Yönleriyle Para Üretimi
Authored work|Author: Hakan Şahin
This study by Hakan Şahin examines how money is produced from the perspectives of both modern monetary theory and Islamic law. It questions the issue of money creation through central banking, fiat money, and the banking system.
According to the main approach of the book, leaving money production to the arbitrary discretion of the state and central banks can result in inflation, monetary instability, and the erosion of economic freedom. For this reason, it argues that monetary policy must be predictable and rule-bound.
The work seeks answers to the questions: "Who can produce money and with what authority; what are the economic and Shari'ah limits of expanding the money supply?"
